These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by PhotoGrid UK (“we”, “our”, “us”) to any client (“you”, “your”) who books or uses our 360° photo booth services. By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PhotoGrid UK provides 360° photo booth hire services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, private parties, exhibitions, and promotional activations. Services may include equipment hire, setup and dismantling, on-site attendants, video capture, custom overlays, lighting, and digital sharing features, subject to the package selected.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without liability on the part of PhotoGrid UK.
Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date may be subject to full payment of the booking fee.
Where cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events), liability shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid excluding the deposit.
You are responsible for ensuring:
Adequate space is provided for setup and safe operation of the 360° photo booth.
A suitable power supply is available unless otherwise agreed.
The event environment is safe, dry, and compliant with venue regulations.
PhotoGrid UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if conditions are unsafe, abusive behaviour occurs, or equipment is at risk of damage.
All equipment remains the property of PhotoGrid UK at all times. You shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the hire period, excluding fair wear and tear.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Access to the venue must be granted at the agreed setup time. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in reduced service time without refund. Overtime requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
By using our services, you grant PhotoGrid UK permission to use captured photos and videos for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
All branding, software, templates, and visual assets used remain the intellectual property of PhotoGrid UK.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Digital content is stored securely and shared only as part of the agreed service. We do not sell or misuse client data.
PhotoGrid UK shall not be liable for:
Loss of enjoyment, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Technical issues caused by venue power supply, internet connectivity, or third-party platforms.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
We shall not be deemed in breach of these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PhotoGrid UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply.
