This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, postponements, and refunds for services booked with PhotoGrid UK. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
All bookings are secured upon receipt of a deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a booking is confirmed, the date is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability.
All deposits paid to PhotoGrid UK are non-refundable. This reflects administrative costs, advance planning, equipment allocation, and the reservation of your event date.
If you cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
More than 14 days before the event date:
The deposit is forfeited, but no further charges will apply.
Within 14 days of the event date:
You may be liable for up to 100% of the total booking fee, as resources, staffing, and equipment will have already been committed.
Requests to reschedule an event are subject to availability. Where possible, PhotoGrid UK will accommodate one date change without additional charge, provided adequate notice is given. Deposits may be transferred to the new date at our discretion.
Further date changes may incur an administrative fee.
In the unlikely event that PhotoGrid UK must cancel due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including equipment failure, severe illness, or force majeure events), liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid, excluding the deposit, or the offer of an alternative date or service where available.
PhotoGrid UK shall not be held liable for cancellation or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or emergencies.
Failure to provide access to the venue, cancellation on the event day, or failure to proceed with the event for reasons attributable to the client shall be treated as a late cancellation and will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
PhotoGrid UK reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
